Ashton Kutcher Inspirational Speech
A great short inspirational speech by Ashton Kutcher at the teen choice awards. I especially liked the thing he said “Build a life, don’t just live one”.
Check it out and let me know what you think,

Brown eyes and blue eyes Racism experiment
Here is an interesting video I saw lately. It’s about a racism experiment conducted with children. The reason why I think it’s an inspirational video is because of the way the effect the experiment had on the children.
But first I’d like you to notice how the teacher uses pseudo-logic to rationalize why blue (and later brown) eyed people are better than the other. This kind of fault logic is what’s going on every day with people – when people focus on the mistakes someone makes and the categorizes them into being ‘inferior’.
However this doesn’t just happen with strangers. It happens to ourselves as well. We make faulty logic of ourselves based on our mistakes.
Now what I really want you to notice is how the feeling of them being intelligent, just the simple fact of having a belief of themselves being more intelligent made them do that test or game they were doing in a better way, and in a faster way. Just notice how much impact a simple belief – even if it’s in the context of a game – can have over their performance.
So I want you to think right now, in what way are you stopping yourself from succeeding by not having the right belief in yourself?
Something to think about,
Mark
The BIG Secret Nobody Wants To Tell
A talk by Bruce Muzik – The BIG Secret Nobody Wants To Tell. Very interesting insight about the hidden lies we all tell ourselves and to others and how it can deteriorate our relationships and our life.
It’s A Wonderful Life (1946)
I’ve started looking in some older inspirational movies. This black & white movie really is a gem. You should check it out. An angel helps a compassionate but despairingly frustrated businessman by showing what life would have been like if he never existed.
Here is the trailer:
You could find it to rent it if you search for it, but I have also found it posted on YouTube.

Quitting by Lance Armstrong
I just saw this Epic Inspirational Scene from the movie Dodgeball.
Check it out:
Once I thought of quittin’, when I had brain, lung and testicular cancer at the same time.
But with the support of my friends I got back on the bike and I won the Tour de France five times in a row.
But I’m sure you have a good reason to quit.
Well, I guess if a person never quit when the going got tough, they wouldn’t have anything to regret for the rest of their life.
But good luck to you Peter. I’m sure this decision won’t haunt you forever.
